Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully & check back on a regular basis as they are subject to change.

“You” and “your” means you as the booker of our service

“Client” and “Clients” means any user of our service including the booker

“Class” means an archery class (or any other style of class) provided on or behalf of Young Archers.

“Client” is any person that is taking a class with us or with one of our affiliates.

“Terms and Conditions” as defined here.


1) Pricing

  1. Information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to change by Young Archers without notice.


2) Account Creation

  1. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.


3) Payment 

  1. You agree to pay on time & in full for any booking you make.

4) Class Packs

  1. Classes can be used in any weekly session at any time

  2. Classes do not need to be taken consecutively

  3. Classes can be shared between participants 

  4. Class packs are valid for 150 days from point of purchase.  After this time all classes will be considered spent


5) Class Cancellations

  1. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel & rearrange a class. 

  2. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a class being redeemed from your payment, class package or gift card.

  3. If a booked class in unattended this will still count as a used class & be redeemed from your payment, class package or gift card.  

6) Refunds

  1. You have 14 days to request a refund for any class packs or gift cards

  2. Refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice

  3. After 14 days there are no refunds, exchanges or substitutions.


8) Gift cards

  1. Please treat your gift card like cash.  We cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

  2. Your gift card will expire 12 months from purchase. No refunds will be offered for unused cards.

  3. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse a gift card at any time.


9) Fitness & Health

  1. Clients should consult a doctor before taking part in any strenuous physical activities if they have any concerns over their physical condition.

  2. Clients are responsible for their own health & wellness during classes with us or our affiliates.

  3. We can refuse the right to access classes with us or our affiliates when we consider the health of the individual concerned may be endangered. 

  4. We can refuse the right to access classes with us or our affiliates when we consider a client may disrupt the group environment in a detrimental or unsafe way.

  5. Clients are always required to follow safety instructions.


10) Limitation of Liability

  1. We cannot be held responsible if your teacher is not available & your class has to be cancelled for whatever reason.

  2. We cannot be held responsible if we have to swap your teacher at the last minute.

  3. Clients must make sure that they are capable of undergoing physical activity required for archery

  4. Clients accept the risk of injury from performing exercise during any classes with us or our affiliates.

  5. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage to property during the duration of our classes.


11) Liability waiver

By booking a class with Young Archers you agree that:

  1. Clients must participate on a voluntary basis.

  2. Clients recognise that our classes are physical activities that can result in injury.

  3. Clients agree that they are physically fit enough to take part & assume full responsibility for any accident or injury by taking part in the activity.  

  4. Clients are offered physical assists by the teacher & will take accountability for alerting if they would like to abstain.

  5. You agree that Young Archers can make alterations to your teacher & your class time without notice or recourse.

  6. You understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class and used by Young Archers if the participants consent.
